
The Senior Insurance Product Compliance Professional researches and analyzes rules, regulations, and sub-regulatory guidance. These apply to Insurance Products, such as Medicare Advantage, Part D, Group Specialty, and Individual Specialty. You will also assess risk and consult on licensure or corporate structure.
The Senior Insurance Product Compliance Professional partners with team members and serves as a Humana liaison. Your role will involve drafting, filing, and negotiating approval with state and federal regulators for service area expansions. It also involves preparing product-specific documents, contracts, licenses, member communications, or marketing materials. Throughout these processes, you will safeguard Humana's brand and support the implementation and maintenance of compliant insurance products in collaboration with responsible business owners.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid plan and benefit offerings
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Visio
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and tailoring communication based on audience (i.e., contracts, federal and state regulations)
Ability to work independently while maintaining focus and managing deliverables to meet critical internal and external deadlines
Ability to affect change in a highly matrixed organization, leveraging data and facts to influence decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid compliance
Experience working with State Agencies
Understanding of State and Federal Regulations
Experience specific to Dual Eligible members and healthcare plans for MA DSNP product offerings
Prior project management or product management experience
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,400 - $107,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
