As the market leader in polyiso insulation, we're seeking a Senior R&D Scientist – Insulation to drive the next generation of high-performance roofing products.
In this role, you'll serve as a technical leader for our Insulbase®, SecurShield®, and ThermaThin® insulation product lines, leading innovation from concept through commercialization. You'll develop advanced polyiso formulations, optimize manufacturing processes, evaluate emerging technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market. You'll also mentor scientists and engineers while contributing to Carlisle's intellectual property portfolio and representing the company within industry organizations.
