A leading international superyacht training academy based in Cape Town is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Instructor to join their dynamic team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a mentoring and teaching role, with a strong background in high-end hospitality or luxury service.

You will be responsible for delivering hands-on training to students of all ages, helping them prepare for successful careers onboard superyachts. If you have a heart for mentorship, a love for teaching, and a high standard of excellence, this may be your ideal role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in:
• Wine pairing and fine wine service
• Mixology and high-end bartending
• Luxury housekeeping and turndown standards
• Event planning and guest experience management
• Silver service and etiquette training
• Mentor, inspire, and support students through their training journey.
• Assist in refining and evolving course content to stay aligned with global yachting standards.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance learning environment.
• Undertake international training if required to meet industry expectations.

Requirements:

• Solid background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, event management, or private household service.
• Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
• Warm, approachable, and patient with excellent communication skills.
• High personal and professional standards with an eye for detail.
• Previous experience working on yachts is a bonus but not essential training can be provided.
• Passionate about shaping and uplifting others' careers.
