Responsibilities:

• actively participate in the teaching and other educational activities at the undergraduate and postgraduate level
• practice and role model quality patient care and clinical services
• collaborate with senior faculty to conduct and disseminate research, and apply for extramural and intramural grants
• initiate and co-lead journal clubs to advance the evidence-based care for women and child health
• coordinate regularly with respective thematic leads to explore areas of clinical innovation
• co-facilitate social continuum of care to advance woman and child health e.g. parenting and lactation education.

Requirements:

You should have:

• an MBBS degree with a valid PMDC license and completed house job
• completed fellowship training in Paediatrics and possess FCPS, FRCPCH, MRCPCH, or equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
• at least two years clinical experience after postgraduation as an Instructor or equivalent and it will be an added advantage
• demonstrated scholarship through research, publications and/or contribution to education
• excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills and ability to handle work pressure
