
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design and develop high-impact, visual training programs for frontline orthodontic teams across a fast-growing multi-location organization
Transform SOPs, operational workflows, and business processes into clear, engaging, scenario-based learning experiences
Create micro-learning modules, animated training, video instruction, simulations, and screen-based learning content
Develop practical Do / Don’t behavioral examples that improve execution consistency and reduce operational errors
Standardize training templates, visual branding, course structure, and instructional quality across all learning programs
Build training content that simplifies complex operational processes into easy-to-follow, execution-ready instruction
Incorporate real-world operational failures, coaching opportunities, and frontline challenges into training scenarios
Partner with operational leaders and L&D team members to align training with business goals, certifications, audits, and performance metrics
Continuously revise and optimize content based on audit findings, operational trends, employee feedback, and KPI performance
Maintain content organization, version control, and LMS accuracy within UKG, SharePoint, and related systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, training operations, or enablement
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual, scenario-based, execution-focused learning content
Experience designing training for healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality, or other frontline operational environments strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency with instructional design and content development tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or equivalent platforms
Strong visual storytelling and content simplification skills
Experience building scalable training systems for multi-site or high-growth organizations
Ability to create concise, engaging learning content for diverse employee populations
Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills
High attention to detail and commitment to operational consistency
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 based on experience, portfolio quality, and technical capability
