Job Description

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Analyst you will transform customer and financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and profitable growth. This role combines traditional analytics with strong financial acumen, with a focus on forecasting, performance measurement, and business impact analysis.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights, build robust financial and analytical models, and provide a clear understanding of key business drivers. Success in this role means delivering accurate, forward-looking insights that influence strategy, improve performance, and enhance customer and portfolio outcomes.

  • Analyze customer, operational, and financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models for enterprise KPIs to support strategic planning and performance tracking.

  • Deliver performance analytics and insights for key strategic initiatives, including loyalty programs and portfolio performance.

  • Monitor key business and financial KPIs, identifying drivers of variance and communicating implications to stakeholders.

  • Reconcile and align data across sources to ensure consistency with financial reporting and business metrics.

  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to enhance insights.

  • Develop compelling presentations and leverage strong storytelling to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making.

  • Partner with business, finance, and data teams to support strategic initiatives.

  • Provide proactive analysis on areas impacted by economic, market, and customer behavior trends.

  • Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication.

What You Bring:

  • University Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative discipline

  • 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, financial modelling, or related roles

  • Strong knowledge of forecasting and performance measurement

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL

  • Advanced knowledge of data and analytical software (SAS, Python or R) considered an asset

  • Experience in building financial models and understanding key financial drivers

  • Expertise in data visualization and BI tools, preferably Power BI

  • Understanding of customer analytics and statistical modelling techniques

  • Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a proactive approach to exploring data, asking the right questions, and connecting insights to business and financial outcomes

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Interest in emerging technologies and advanced analytics

  • Experience in retail, financial services, or loyalty analytics is an asset

Broadband Salary Range: $64,000 – $106,000 CAD.
Our typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $85,000 CAD. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
