What you'll contribute to:

As a Senior Insights Developer, you will provide technical leadership for enterprise-grade analytics and reporting that supports confident executive and operational decision making.
You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and data, ensuring insights are consistent, trusted and ready to use. You will also play a key role in lifting analytics capability across CleanCo through standards, governance and coaching.

In this role you will:

• 
  Design and deliver high-quality eporting and semantic models that align to business outcomes
• 
  Lead the transition from ad hoc reporting to scalable, self-service analytics
• 
  Define and govern reporting, visualisation and modelling standards across the organisation
• 
  Translate business questions into clear insight frameworks and decision-ready reporting
• 
  Present insights in ways that are accessible and meaningful for non-technical audiences
• 
  Partner with business teams to improve operational, financial and strategic outcomes
• 
  Mentor analysts and uplift analytics capability through coaching and peer review

This role is a full-time position based in Brisbane, with flexibility through CleanCo’s hybrid working model.

On your first day you will have:

• Significant experience in analytics, business intelligence or insights development roles
• Advanced, hands-on Power BI capability, including DAX, semantic models and RLS
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting that supports decision making
• Strong data modelling skills aligned to business questions and outcomes
• The ability to communicate insights clearly using written, verbal or visual formats
• Experience setting standards, reviewing quality and guiding others in analytics practices
