Role highlights
The Senior Insights Analyst is an exciting role within our RFI Global Council Insights team, focused on serving our financial services clients in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will further develop your experience in analysing primary voice-of-customer data, secondary macro data, and business and client priorities.
This is a fast-paced role that will help you develop deep expertise in financial services insights, with a focus on creating actionable outputs to support client decision-making. At RFI, we are client-centric and continually evolve our insights, research, and products to stay ahead of the market and meet client needs. You will support client presentations and act as the insights subject matter expert.
The role is critical in unlocking emerging trends, themes and producing impactful deliverables. Importantly, you will see the impact of your work on some of the largest financial services brands in Australia and New Zealand.
