This is an on-site position for our office in Belgrade, Serbia

Remote or hybrid arrangements are NOT available. Candidates must already be in the location or be willing to relocate. The relocation support will be provided if needed.

We are looking for an Access Administrator who will be responsible for managing user access to company systems and data, ensuring security and compliance with information security requirements.

✅ Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;
• Excellent SQL and R or Python;
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques;
• Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings;
• Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach toward problem solving;
• Excellent English communication skills.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔Data analysis and interpretation:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
• Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner.

✔Advanced analytics:

• Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses;
• Develop and implement models to support business decisions.

✔Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions;
• Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives.

✔Mentorship and training:

• Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting;
• Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
