The Team
The consumer Insights Team forms part of the wider Data & Insights Function, working alongside our Data Engineering, Reporting, Data Science and Digital Analytics Teams. Together, these teams collaborate to unlock the full potential of our data, with the Consumer Insights Team playing a key role in delivering meaningful analysis that supports strategic decision making and driving a deeper understanding of customer behaviour.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality actionable insights & across operational and commercial metrics
Support supplier reconciliations, dispute resolution, and P&L control frameworks
Support digital product change analysis and experimentation rollouts
Conduct user requirement analysis and define best analytical approaches
Collaborate with data engineering to resolve data issues and ensure data integrity
Identify and communicate opportunities for business value creation
Present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders, including C-Suite.
Developing relationships with senior stakeholders
Empower decision-makers with timely, comprehensive, and impactful information
Supporting Team Development
Drive continuous improvement in analytics techniques and approaches
Support delivery of Insight & Analytics objectives and projects
Contribute to a high-performance, data-driven culture within the team
Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues in the delivery of analysis
What You’ll Bring
Strong technical skills
Strong proficiency in SQL and MS Office tools
Experience working with Databricks and Azure preferable
Experience with large data sets
Analytical knowledge, application & delivery
Demonstrated ability to interpret and consolidate data from multiple sources
Experience in delivering insights that influence strategic decisions
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable outputs
Commercial awareness and understanding of business value creation
Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
Senior stakeholder Management
Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined to make a tangible impact
Experience supporting junior colleagues
