About Us:

We’re seeking experienced infrastructure optimization specialists, based in the EU or UK, to ensure AI-generated recommendations and workflows are technically valid, efficient, and relevant to real-world practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance AI-generated content on infrastructure optimization, systems architecture, and deployment strategies
• Assess the technical accuracy, efficiency, and operational viability of AI-driven infrastructure scenarios and recommendations
• Develop practical examples, use cases, and risk assessments drawing from your infrastructure experience
• Create scenario variations for different roles in infrastructure—engineers, architects, and stakeholders
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide detailed, actionable feedback
• Directly impact how AI understands and reasons about infrastructure optimization and operations challenges

About You:

• Experienced IT infrastructure specialist, systems architect, or operations lead with a record of optimizing, maintaining, and scaling complex systems
• Based in the EU or UK
• Demonstrated expertise in modern infrastructure strategies, automation, and operational excellence
• Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at delivering clear, constructive feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in communication

1. Traditional freelance missions

These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on.

1. AI Lab roles

For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.

The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
