About this role:

The Senior Infrastructure Manager – Software Delivery is a strategic technology leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide software delivery modernization across CIO platform teams, application developers, Core Infrastructure Services, and Technology Service Catalog software owners. This role leads teams accountable for scalable software packaging, patch identification and readiness, repository management, release automation, lifecycle governance, and self-service delivery capabilities that support secure, compliant, and reliable software consumption across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience across software delivery platforms, infrastructure automation, patching workflows, CI/CD, observability, operational readiness, and enterprise governance. The successful leader will modernize delivery pipelines, improve patch and release readiness, establish reusable automation patterns, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen the developer and platform experience through standardized, measurable, and supportable software delivery services.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, architects, and platform specialists.
  • Define and execute the software delivery modernization strategy, including packaging, patch readiness, repository management, release automation, and lifecycle governance.
  • Partner with business, application, security, and architecture teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise software delivery capabilities across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Develop standardized software delivery patterns that simplify application onboarding, improve patch readiness, and support modernization across platform and application teams.
  • Ensure software delivery services integrate with enterprise platforms, self-service experiences, observability capabilities, governance controls, and business application delivery needs.
  • Build and manage modern engineering capabilities supporting self-service software delivery, automated validation, release orchestration, and operational support.
  • Champion automation, governance, telemetry, and continuous improvement practices across software delivery workflows.
  • Drive initiatives that reduce manual touchpoints, improve delivery velocity, strengthen compliance outcomes, and increase reliability of enterprise software delivery services.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • 7+ years of infrastructure engineering and operations experience.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing enterprise secrets management solutions.
  • 7+ years of cloud architecture, security, networking, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and managing OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks.
  • 3+ years of experience establishing enterprise CI/CD and GitOps delivery model

Desired

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
