The Boeing Company's Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the Enterprise Information Technology Operations (EITO) Strategy & Integration team in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Plano, TX, Berkeley, MO; or North Charleston, SC.
This selected candidate will be responsible for driving strategy into execution for Enterprise IT Operations, including stakeholder engagement, project planning and governance, KPI/scorecard management, operational rhythm, and supplier strategy. The SOW also includes maintaining product authority, supporting the long-range business planning, and translating technical information into clear executive-level communications.

Position Responsibilities:
Drive strategy to action for Enterprise IT Operations efforts
Create, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and IDT&S governance framework
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with strategy customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
Act as primary contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and organizational objectives
Create, manage, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio to measure success to ensure value and communication; Maintain EITO Scorecard (SecOps/KPI/OKR)
Instill predictability and stability through operational rigor
Maintain product authority, including command media (PROs & Bulletins)
Support organizational multi-year financial planning
Transform technical concepts and data into clear, actionable insights in Microsoft PowerPoint or Word that resonate with an executive audience
Support supplier strategy roadmap & execution for the global Enterprise IT Operations organization
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and/or support IT project plans and schedules
5+ years of experience managing or leading the planning and execution of programs and projects
5+ years of experience analyzing data and distilling broad findings into concise, meaningful takeaways
5+ years of experience building relationships and partnerships with all levels of employees, including executives
5+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
5+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
5+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT) products and services
5+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Willing to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
5+ years of experience with financial reporting and managing billing rates
3+ years of experience in vendor management
Experience transforming technical concepts into clear, actionable insights in Microsoft PowerPoint or Word
Experience organizing and executing workshops, meetings, team projects, team commitments, and production readiness assessments
Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with senior executive leadership
Experience balancing multiple project priorities and statements of work
Experience being proactive, motivated, and initiating high-level tasks or projects independently with limited external direction or encouragement
Experience taking initiative, working autonomously, and contributing positively to a team's objectives
Experience working within a group, valuing collaboration, communication, and cooperation
