In this role, you'll:


Work as part of a team delivering information, records, retention, disposal and archives management advisory and compliance services that support organisational effectiveness and legislative compliance.

This role will see you partner closely with business units to improve information governance, uplift records management practices, and strengthen supporting systems and processes across the organisation.

You will lead the development and continuous improvement of records management frameworks, tools and guidance, driving consistent, compliant and efficient information practices in a complex and evolving transport environment.

About you


Your strong knowledge of contemporary records and information management, formed across government, regulated environments or large operational organisations, will see you excel in analysing business processes, identifying compliance risks and implementing practical, fit‑for‑purpose solutions that enhance service delivery and reduce organisational risk.

You’re recognised as a trusted subject matter expert for the entirety of records management lifecycles, skilled at providing clear, practical advice grounded in specialist knowledge and evidence, and influencing sound information governance outcomes, with experience in electronic document and records management systems, policy development, staff education and continuous improvement initiatives.
