Job Description

Your Role

• Own end‑to‑end SAP ALM across Build, Run, Enhance, and Sunset
• Lead  SAP AMS delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and stable operations
• Govern  ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and compliance
• Manage  SAP releases, transports, and hybrid Agile delivery models
• Act as  primary client interface, owning roadmap, risks, and financials

Your Profile

• Overall 12-14 years experience only.
• Strong  ALM leadership with SAP Run + Enhance ownership in AMS models
• Engagement / Delivery Management (EM) – client governance, SLAs, financials
• Experience managing  enterprise SAP production landscapes
• Working knowledge of  SAP S/4HANA or ECC (functional or technical exposure)
• Exposure to  ITSM (ITIL), Agile/SAFe, and SAP ALM tools
