Senior Infor LN Technical Specialist

At Greif, we are looking for an experienced Senior Infor LN (Baan) Technical Specialistto help support, stabilize, and continuously enhance our global enterprise application environment, with a primary focus on Infor ERP LNand its related technical ecosystem.

This role is part of our Global Applications Technical Support teamand is ideal for a hands-on technical expert who enjoys solving complex system challenges, improving critical business applications, and driving operational excellence across a global environment.

Important Note

This is a senior-level technical specialist role We are specifically looking for candidates with proven Infor ERP LN technical experienceand hands-on involvement across at least 2 full implementation cycles Candidates without relevant ERP LN technical background are unlikely to be a fit for this position.

What You Will Do

Own and support critical ERP capabilities

  • Take technical ownership of assigned areas within Infor ERP LNand related platforms

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system, technical, and performance issues

  • Lead root cause analysisand drive sustainable, long-term solutions

  • Help ensure system stability, reliability, and operational readiness

  • Strengthen monitoring, alerting, and support processes to improve overall service quality

Provide deep technical ERP LNexpertise

  • Support andmaintainthe Infor ERP LNtechnical environment

  • Contribute expert input to technical administration, system health, and platform performance

  • Support integrations and collaborate across Development, Infrastructure, and Integration teams to improve end-to-end solutions

  • Provide technical leadershipduring system changes, enhancements, upgrades, and project initiatives

  • Support key technical programs, including major upgrade and improvement activities

Drive continuous improvement

  • Identifyopportunities to streamline support, improve reliability, and reduce recurring issues

  • Contribute to automation and smarter ways of working across technical support activities

  • Explore the practical use of modern technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve efficiency and support effectiveness

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable practical experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Infor ERP LNin a technical implementation, technical administration, or advanced system supportcapacity, supporting technical changes, upgrades, integrations, and performance-related activities

  • Completion of at least 2 full implementation cycles

  • Solid knowledge of Linux/Unixand Oracle databasesis strongly preferred

  • Experience with scripting, automation, or DevOps-related practices is a plus

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to independently move issues through to resolution

  • Comfort working in a global, cross-functional environment with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Interest in continuous improvement, automation, and practical applications of AI-supported tools

  • Familiarity with ITILor structured support environments is an advantage

The pay range for this position is 1 190 000 to 2 000 000 HUF/month Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between gross 1 400 000 to 1 700 000 HUF/month.

Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for short-term incentive.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is Ft14,254,900.00 - Ft24,233,300.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $0.00 to $0.00 annually. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
