The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

We are excited to have Influencer Operations Manager for Romania within our LIVE Operations team.

The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Influencer Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with Romanian creators.

Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain enduring relationships with creators, including celebrities, influencers, and content creators within the livestream ecosystem.

- Stay abreast of in-app trends, identify content potential, and scout emerging talent in the Romanian-speaking community.

- Conduct educational workshops or webninars to manage creator content, enhance livestream sessions, and promote best practices.

- Provide dedicated account support to creators, assisting them in refining content quality, performance, and reputation.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to promote campaigns, creator profiles, and produce featured content.

- Gather insights and analyze relevant data to evaluate and improve creator performance.

- Develop and implement policies and guidelines for creator management and partnerships, monitoring and providing constructive feedback for LIVE features.
