The Leidos Defense Sector has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Senior Industrial Security Representative supporting the ILS2 Program in Guam. This position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned security professional to bring their industrial security expertise to a dynamic, mission-critical program while working remotely from an offsite location in Guam.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the ILS2 mission, providing hands-on industrial security support while partnering closely with program leadership, government security officials, and other Leidos security professionals. Responsibilities will include supporting critical elements of the industrial security program, such as personnel security and clearance processing, classified document control, physical security, COMSEC, and the implementation and maintenance of applicable government and contractual security requirements.
In addition to traditional industrial security responsibilities, this position provides an opportunity to contribute to global threat monitoring, crisis management, business continuity, and resilience efforts impacting Leidos personnel, facilities, operations, and assets. The successful candidate will help monitor and assess emerging threats, identify potential impacts to operations, support crisis response and continuity planning, and communicate timely security information and recommendations to program and security leadership.
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience working within a cleared facility and industrial security environment, along with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The ability to effectively collaborate across multiple organizations and communicate with government customers, program management, security professionals, and Leidos’ Global Resilience team will be important to success in this role.
This is more than a traditional industrial security position—it is an opportunity to directly support a critical mission while helping safeguard classified and sensitive information, Leidos personnel, facilities, and operations in a strategically important region. If you are an experienced Industrial Security professional looking for a new challenge, meaningful mission, increased responsibility, and an opportunity to make an immediate impact, we encourage you to consider joining the ILS2 team in Guam.
