Job Description

Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.

HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

1. Implement Ergo-check following Bosch CD04605 and based on Work Instruction, HIRA assessment.

  • Consult engineers to implement Ergonomic, improving or optimizing the current ergonomics design and solution according to concept.
  • Contribution in Ergo-check and give proposal solution improvement for workplace improve (re-layout, modify workplace ...) as require from Work Instruction.

2. Take responsibility for Drawing Control and Key user of PLM (NX Team Center) in plant by:

  • Responsible for user access right in system (NX Team Center) to get drawing.
  • Release official number to use & Ensure all drawings must comply with Bosch standards.
  • Maintain drawing process and standard/workflow.
  • Owner and maintain of IE & drawing software: CAD, NX Team Center.

3. Provide Small MAE (machine & equipment) design in plant.

  • Directly involved in any project, related tasks (MAE layout design, new design, drawing task, bills of materials for equipment, Bosch standard …) by using CAD software.
  • Do the design modification if needed.

4. Involve in implement Internal BPS element: Standardized work components (PQI, Stab), SMC, 5S, QCO.... based on work instruction or Bosch guideline.

  • Consult, coach engineers, supervisors and shift leaders to use Standardized work, SMC to improve production efficiency.

5. Implementation “Time Data Routing” by creating time data on CAPP (VT/TEB) for routing setup in SAP system and Maintain CAPP data for production cost calculation.

  • Consult engineers to in performing MTM analysis or time study method for existing production.

6. Participate in Improvement project (SCIP project, BLI project, PSS, ...) as leader.

7. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications

1. Education

  • Degree: Bachelor Degree
  • Major: Industrial Engineering Bachelor Degree, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent competence

At least 3 years working experience in Manufacturing
