Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.

The DRAM Products and Architecture Group (DPAG) sits at the center of Micron’s product innovation. We partner globally across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to bring next‑generation DRAM products to life. Our work composes how products are planned, built, and delivered. We continuously improve how we operate through data, analytics, and machine learning tools.

As an Industrial Engineer within DPAG, you will play a critical role in enabling successful product development and execution. You’ll translate complex engineering needs into actionable demand, forecasting, and cost strategies, while influencing decisions across product teams and supply chain partners. This role offers broad visibility, high impact, and the opportunity to modernize how Industrial Engineering supports future product roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination across multiple functions on DPAG product development demand, forecasts, and execution across TPG, GSC, BUs, and CCE
  • Design, maintain, and improve demand and forecasting models supporting early product life‑cycle planning and execution
  • Analyze complex datasets to deliver clear insights, recommendations, and risk assessments to product teams and leadership
  • Drive cost, inventory, and cycle‑time optimization while maintaining development velocity and execution quality
  • Support product development execution through inventory management, new product flows, and issue resolution

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Engineering Management, or related technical field
  • Experience with forecasting tools and data analysis in an engineering or manufacturing environment, including managing resource needs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and influence across technical and business partners
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, multi‑functional, global environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience supporting product development, NPI, or sustaining engineering programs
  • Proficiency with advanced analytics, modeling tools, or AI‑driven process improvement
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated execution under ambiguity
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
