We are looking for a Senior Indirect Tax Consultant to join our team in Timisoara or Cluj-Napoca. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse client projects in a collaborative environment that supports continuous learning and professional development.

What you will be doing

• Provide advice on a broad range of indirect tax matters.
• Perform tax reviews and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Analyse transactions and business activities from an indirect tax perspective.
• Assist with tax authority enquiries and other tax-related procedures.
• Liaise with clients, tax authorities, auditors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare tax analyses, reports and other project deliverables.
• Monitor relevant tax legislation and regulatory developments.
• Support junior colleagues through review and knowledge sharing.

What we need from you:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting.
• More than 3 years of experience in tax or accounting (previous experience in an accounting firm or internal department represents an advantage).
• Very Strong English Skills.
• Legal knowledge is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in working directly with clients and stakeholders. 
• Strong organisational skills, attention to details, and the ability to manage several priorities effectively. 
• Collaborative mindset, ownership, and willingness to support the development of junior colleagues. 
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
