Amplifon Iberica S.A.U acquired GAES in 2019 with over 700 shops spread throughout the country. The main office is in Barcelona and operates with 2000+ dedicated professionals that empower people to discover all the emotions of sound.

We are currently looking for Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our team in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing

• Manage sourcing activities across indirect categories such as Marketing, Professional Services, IT, Facilities, HR services, and Corporate Services.
• Conduct RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bidding processes to ensure best value for the organization.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Supplier Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and contractual compliance.
• Support supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and performance reviews.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to understand procurement needs.
• Provide procurement guidance and support business units in purchasing decisions.
• Ensure alignment between procurement strategies and operational requirements.

Contract & Risk Management

• Support contract negotiations and ensure contracts comply with internal policies and legal standards.
• Mitigate supply risks through supplier evaluation and contingency planning.

Financial & Performance Management

• Track and report procurement savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives.
• Support budget planning and forecasting related to indirect spend categories.
• Analyze spend data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal procurement policies and procedures.
• Promote procurement best practices across the organization.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience managing supplier negotiations and sourcing projects.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent analytical and financial evaluation abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• English fluent
