A consulting and advisory firm is seeking a highly competent and experienced Internal Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist for an eight-week project. The role will focus on networking with active and passive candidates for a set of senior specialised roles in the consulting space. Source and screen candidates Interview candidates and assess suitability for three specialist roles Compile long-lists and shortlists Present shortlists to management Follow full in-house recruitment process Adhere to confidentiality Requirements 10 years experience from in-house or agency recruitment Experience from a consulting environment is an advantage Strong experience in sourcing, longlisting and presenting shortlists to management Highly familiar and confident using technology to source and engage candidates Strong interview skills Well organised and efficient Highly productive and output driven Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates at senior levels Applicants must be available immediately to take on an eight-week assignment. Must have own laptop and high speed internet and dedicated office Subscription/s to paid sourcing tools is an advantage.
