Job Description

Senior Implementation Manager

Client Operations • India (Gurugram / Bangalore / Pune) • Full-Time

About Neolytix

Neolytix partners with 270+ US healthcare provider organizations to deliver Revenue Cycle Management, credentialing, provider enrollment, medical coding, patient access, and practice growth services. From our offices in Chicago, Gurugram, and Manila, our 220+ team members help practices and health systems run smarter operations so they can focus on patient care. We are building proprietary technology platforms that combine AI-driven automation with deep healthcare domain expertise to transform how provider organizations manage their administrative operations.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding of healthcare provider clients onto Neolytix services and technology platforms. You’ll manage complex, multi-service transitions for mid-market and enterprise healthcare organizations — coordinating across RCM, credentialing, enrollment, and patient access teams to deliver seamless go-lives with zero revenue disruption.

This is a client-facing role with real ownership. You’ll be the single point of accountability for onboarding projects, running kickoff calls with US-based practice managers and administrators, building project plans, managing data migrations, and ensuring every engagement transitions smoothly to our operations teams. You’ll also mentor a junior Customer Success team member, helping them develop the domain judgment and project management rigor needed to handle increasingly complex engagements.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding for mid-market and enterprise healthcare organizations, from signed contract through operational go-live and handoff

  • Build and manage multi-workstream project plans covering RCM setup, credentialing/enrollment migrations, EHR/PM system integrations, and SLA establishment

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients during onboarding — running weekly syncs, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics

  • Manage data migration from incumbent vendors and legacy systems into Neolytix workflows and technology platforms, including data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation

  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams across India, Philippines, and the US to ensure workstreams are synchronized and dependencies are tracked

  • Design and implement onboarding playbooks for new service lines and platform implementations, including documentation, templates, and quality checkpoints

  • Mentor a junior Customer Success team member on project management discipline, healthcare domain knowledge, and client communication standards

  • Conduct post-onboarding retrospectives to capture lessons learned and continuously improve the implementation methodology

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 5–8 years of experience in US healthcare operations, with depth in at least two of: RCM/medical billing, credentialing, provider enrollment, or patient access

  • 2+ years in a client-facing implementation, transition, or onboarding role — you’ve run kickoff calls, managed go-lives, and navigated difficult client conversations

  • Background in healthcare BPO (Omega, Access, GeBBS, EXL, Cognizant Healthcare, or similar) or healthcare technology companies (credentialing platforms, RCM software, provider data management)

  • Strong project management skills — you can build a 6–16 week implementation plan with parallel workstreams, risk registers, and milestone tracking

  • Excellent English communication, both written and verbal — comfortable on video calls with US practice managers and administrators

  • Understanding of payer enrollment workflows, CAQH attestation, credentialing timelines, and how these impact revenue cycle operations

Preferred

  • Experience with credentialing or provider data management platforms (implementation, configuration, data migration, user training)

  • Familiarity with PM/EHR systems: AdvancedMD, Athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Kareo/Tebra, Epic

  • PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or PRINCE2 certification

  • Experience with project management platforms: Rocketlane, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar

  • Data migration experience — extracting, validating, transforming, and loading provider/claims data between systems

  • Multi-service-line onboarding experience — managing simultaneous transitions across billing, credentialing, and enrollment

Why Neolytix

  • Ownership from day one — you’ll manage real client relationships, not sit behind a ticket queue

  • Domain depth across the full healthcare operations spectrum — RCM, credentialing, enrollment, coding, patient access, payer analytics, and practice growth

  • Proprietary technology platforms in active development — you’ll help shape how our products are implemented, not just follow someone else’s playbook

  • Small enough that your impact is visible, growing fast enough that career paths are real

  • Direct access to company leadership — your ideas get heard, not filtered through three layers of management
