Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Imaging Specialist to join our Digital Transformation Services teamIn this role, you will be responsible for leading high-quality document conversion processes and ensuring the technical accuracy of digital assets for our clients
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead document digitization projectsby overseeing the sorting, prepping, and high-volume scanning of records to deliver high-quality, searchable digital images
Collaborate with production teams and supervisorsto optimize workflows and resolve technical indexing issues, ensuring timely project completion
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experiencein document imaging, records management, or a high-volume production environment
Strong knowledge of imaging hardware and software, including familiarity with professional-grade scanners and data entry applications
Proven ability in technical problem-solvingand maintaining high accuracy rates under tight production deadlines
What We Offer
Rate of Pay: $18.75hr (paid bi-weekly)
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday
