About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IGA L2 Support Analyst with strong expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and SQL to support enterprise identity and access management operations. The role involves managing day-to-day operational support activities, resolving incidents and service requests, troubleshooting access-related issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth functioning of identity governance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with IAM/IGA processes, and the ability to collaborate across business, security, infrastructure, and application teams.

What You'll Do
IGA & Saviynt Support

  • Provide Level 2 operational support for the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration platform.
  • Monitor and support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access requests, provisioning, de-provisioning, certifications, RBAC, and SoD violations.
  • Support Saviynt workflows, access reviews, campaigns, governance controls, and connectors.
  • Investigate identity synchronization and application integration issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with L3 support, development, infrastructure, and application teams for issue resolution.

Incident, Request & Ticket Management

  • Manage daily operational support activities using ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem records within SLA commitments.
  • Provide timely updates to business users and stakeholders on ticket progress and resolution.
  • Maintain documentation of incidents, known errors, resolutions, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in major incident reviews and problem management processes.

SQL & Database Support

  • Develop and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for reporting, validation, and issue analysis.
  • Investigate provisioning, reconciliation, and data synchronization failures using database-level analysis.
  • Analyze Saviynt data models and identity governance data discrepancies.
  • Generate operational and audit reports through SQL-based data extraction.
  • Validate and optimize data integrity across identity governance processes.
  • Work with relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Access Governance & Compliance

  • Support access certification campaigns and periodic access reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor segregation of duties (SoD) violations and support remediation efforts.
  • Assist internal and external audit activities by providing required access evidence and reporting.
  • Support governance controls related to role management and privileged access processes.

Infrastructure & Cloud Support

  • Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows and Linux environments impacting IGA operations.
  • Support connector and integration issues involving directories, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with AWS cloud teams to investigate infrastructure, connectivity, and integration issues.
  • Support cloud-hosted application architectures and identity integrations.

End User Support & Collaboration

  • Provide technical support and guidance to users for identity and access-related issues.
  • Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to maintain service availability.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and operational documentation.

What You Bring
Required Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering Saviynt.
  • Strong SQL expertise including query development, optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ServiceNow incident, request, and change management processes.
  • Experience using JIRA for operational support and ticket management.
  • Strong understanding of Access Management, RBAC, User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Governance processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), LDAP, and SSO integrations.
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux server administration.
  • Exposure to AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, and access certification activities.
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data reconciliation, and debugging methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of experience in IAM/IGA support, preferably with Saviynt.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Identity Governance and Administration environments.
  • Relevant certifications in Saviynt, IAM, ITIL, AWS Cloud, or Security domains are an added advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Saviynt certifications.
  • Experience with access certification campaigns and governance reviews.
  • Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud identity integrations and hybrid IAM architectures.
  • Knowledge of audit reporting, compliance controls, and regulatory requirements.
