Senior Identity and Access Analyst in GAC Savannah


Unique Skills:

1. Working knowledge of Active Directory (or third party overlay), Access Control Lists, etc. 2. Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management). ITIL V3 Foundation certification preferred. 3. Good understanding of Information Security Standards. 4. Demonstrated knowledge and skills operating directory systems in a complex global organization. 5. Working knowledge of ITSM ticketing tool sets (Remedy or ServiceNow preferred). 6. Good understanding of single sign-on solutions. 7. Basic understanding of LDAP. 8. Working knowledge of enterprise level applications running across multiple platforms. 9. Analytical troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 10. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MacOS, SharePoint/Office 365, Cisco WebEx and SCCM Remote Control Viewer.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 3 years of experience in related IT field. Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or technology related field highly preferred. Position PurposeSr Identity and Access Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of user identities as they relate to access and authorization to various technologies and shared resources across multiple platforms.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Manages user account and access permissions across multiple applications and operating systems running on various platforms - Active Directory, Livelink, Right Fax, etc, to include; .
  2. Create, modify and remove accounts in accordance with Gulfstream policy.
  3. Create folders and security groups .
  4. Provide permissions based on current Standard Operating Procedures and Security Policies.
  5. Manage Points of Contact (POCs) for all shared network folders.
  6. Standardize shared network resources per requirements.
  7. Works closely with Information Security Operations to ensure all permissions granted have necessary approval and documentation.
  8. Grant and remove local admin and super user rights per approved request.
  9. Maintain accurate and current data on each user group and resource focusing on owners and points of contact (POCs).
  10. Create new directories with appropriate security permissions per customer requests.
  11. Assist in developing standard operating procedures for identity and access management.
  12. Perform development and maintenance of Knowledge Base for account maintenance processes.
  13. Work with configuration management and ITSM tools team to audit AD data against CMDB data, address discrepancies, and maintain integrity of the data.
