Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer

Location: 100% Remote (within the EU) or Warsaw / Stockholm

Work Mode: Part-time (50% allocation / 20 hours per week)

Rate: 140 PLN/h

Language: English (Fluent)

Contracting Party: Optiveum (B2B cooperation agreement)

About the role

Optiveum is currently recruiting a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer for one of our international clients. In this role, you will support access and identity lifecycle management, system integrations, and process automation.

Optiveum acts as both the recruitment and the contracting party for this assignment, meaning we will sign the B2B cooperation agreement directly with the chosen candidate.

What we expect:

• Expertise in One Identity Manager (1IM)
• Strong background in IAM and IGA solutions
• Experience with access and identity lifecycle management
• Proficiency in system integrations and process automation
• Solid technical skills in SQL, PowerShell, and VB.NET
• Familiarity working with REST, SOAP, and LDAP interfaces
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Fluent English skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with One Identity Manager customizations, processes, and data modeling
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• Previous experience working on IAM projects within large organizations
