The Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst is an experienced IAM operations specialist responsible for independently executing and validating complex provisioning and deprovisioning activities, supporting IAM projects, improving documentation, and assisting with internal and external audit requests. Success in this role is measured by accurate and timely execution of IAM requests, consistent adherence to established procedures, independent handling of complex IAM scenarios, improved evidence quality, and effective support of application onboarding, audit, and process improvement activities.

This role offers the opportunity to partner across Information Technology, Information Security, Infrastructure, application ownership, vendors, and business teams while contributing to IAM operations, application onboarding, audit readiness, process improvement, and automation opportunities that strengthen control effectiveness and the employee experience.

$31.18 - $38.97 hourly
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
