We are seeking a highly skilled IAM (SailPoint IIQ) Professional and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Engineer for Identity and Access Management (IDAM)

The Senior IDAM Services Engineer is responsible for playing a crucial role in developing end-to-end identity lifecycle integrations between various connected applications and SailPoint, ensuring seamless and secure access management across our systems.

We are looking for a technically strong candidate who is also responsible for participating in audit reports and working closely with other teams to address audit findings, demonstrating strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Make an Impact by:

  • Actively participate in onboarding new Applications in the IDAM (SailPoint IIQ).
  • Work with IDAM team for Enhancements, Upgrade, Patching, Bug Fixes, Certifications & Identity Governance, Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis and Automations.
  • Develop end-to-end identity lifecycle integration between various applications to IDAM (SailPoint IIQ), 100% eliminating the need for any manual intervention & ensure that the new solutions are designed with security best practices.
  • Utilize CI/CD pipeline and DevOps tools and ensure all deployments are automated with 0 human interventions.
  • Support escalation for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems within Identity and Access Management.
  • Close collaboration with Operation teams for performing daily service monitoring, verifying the security, integrity and availability of IDAM infrastructure
  • Work closely with the Operations team to perform Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management in day-to-day management of IDAM tool.
  • Close collaboration with AD architect and team where necessary for continuous Service improvements.
  • Work closely with all Singtel entities application owners for seamless onboarding and offboarding of applications into IDAM tool.

Skills for Success:

  • Graduate with bachelor's degree from IT field or equivalent.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience working with Identity and Access Management technologies.
  • Expert knowledge in SailPoint IIQ 8.2 & Above
  • Hands On experience in implementing the OOTB Connectors in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Hands On experience in Customization using Bean Sheel Scripting, Rules, LCM, Workflows, Forms, Partial Scripting, Reports, Certification & Identity Governance.
  • Expert knowledge of REST / SOAP/ SCIM API methodologies.
  • Experience in handling lifecycle management of user in a maintenance environment and working with incidents, incident management etc.
