DLK Group is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Contract Management Intake Hub and Risk Management Dashboard for a public sector client. The role requires someone who can manage two connected workstreams, coordinate business and technical specialists, and maintain clear control over milestones, decisions, risks and deliverables. This opportunity is suited to an independent consultant who works across multiple engagements. The hours and capacity required may vary as the project moves through its different stages. You will need to be available for agreed meetings, milestones and delivery commitments. Key responsibilities Develop and manage an integrated project plan covering requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and handover. Coordinate the Business Analyst, SharePoint and Power Platform Developer, Power BI Developer and Change Manager. Manage dependencies between the Intake Hub and Risk Dashboard workstreams. Facilitate project meetings and maintain decision, action, issue and risk registers. Track progress against agreed milestones, escalate delays and manage scope changes through the required governance process. Coordinate stakeholder reviews, solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing and approvals. Oversee deployment readiness, documentation, knowledge transfer and project close-out. Provide concise, accurate progress reporting to DLK and client stakeholders. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner certification. Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, Power Platform or comparable digital solution projects. Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, senior stakeholders, delivery risks and formal approvals. Strong project planning, governance, reporting and written communication skills. ​ Experience delivering solutions in a municipality or another complex public sector environment will be an advantage.
