Your Responsibilities
In this senior role, you take the lead within the team and co-own the network roadmap with the Product Owner and Architect. You contribute to designing and delivering network features within the Agile Release Train.
You optimize network architectures with a strong focus on security (e.g., Zero Trust, NIS2, ISO27001), performance, and user experience. Automation and continuous improvement are key, using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Atlassian tools.
You translate business needs into secure network solutions, act as a technical escalation point, and ensure proper knowledge sharing and documentation.
Key Activities
You ensure optimal performance and availability of the global network infrastructure. For complex changes or critical incidents, you take the lead in delivering effective solutions.
As part of the agile team, you actively contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and alignment with business goals. You collaborate closely with other ICT teams to deliver consistent and integrated solutions.
You design and implement network solutions that meet evolving business needs and comply with security standards.
You work with modern technologies such as Aruba (CX, Wireless, ClearPass), EVPN/VXLAN/BGP, Check Point firewalls, F5, and WAN solutions (Internet, IPsec VPN, SD-WAN). Automation plays a key role using NetBox, Ansible, Terraform, and Python.

What we offer
This position offers a competive salary range of € 5.600,- to € 6.700,- gross per month (excluding holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
