Senior ICT Business Analyst – Target Operating Model

Location: Brussels, Belgium – Hybrid
Duration: Multi-year assignment, subject to client approval
Level: Senior / Expert

We are looking for an experienced Senior ICT Business Analyst to analyse the current IT landscape and support the development of a future IT & Data Target Operating Model (TOM)

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead interviews, workshops and validation sessions with senior stakeholders and IT teams.
• 
  Conduct capability and maturity assessments
• 
  Map processes, services, governance and collaboration models.
• 
  Identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
• 
  Design the future operating, governance, service and organisational models
• 
  Perform impact assessments covering roles, responsibilities and organisational changes.

Key Requirements

• 
  Strong expertise in Business Architecture and TOM Design
• 
  Experience with BPMN, Capability Modelling, Process Mapping and Maturity Assessments
• 
  Strong workshop facilitation, governance and organisational design skills.
• 
  Experience conducting change impact assessments
• 
  Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
