Senior IAM Program Manager (Hybrid – Brussels)
We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Program Manager to lead the definition, implementation, and operational rollout of a new Identity & Access Management (IAM) model within a complex enterprise environment.
The role focuses on IAM governance, access control, and security compliance across multiple sites, remote workers, and business functions. The consultant will drive IAM transformation initiatives aligned with business needs while ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement IAM governance frameworks and operating models
Lead IAM projects and coordinate stakeholders across business and IT teams
Manage IAM lifecycle processes including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML)
Design and implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and SoD (Segregation of Duties) models
Support PAM (Privileged Access Management) initiatives
Model and optimize business processes using BPMN
Ensure security and compliance alignment with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2
Drive change management and user adoption during IAM transformation projects
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Entra ID, SailPoint, or similar
Proven experience in IAM governance and enterprise IAM deployments
Experience with JML, RBAC, SoD, and PAM implementations
Strong IT project/program management background
Experience in business process modelling and operations modelling
Knowledge of legal and security frameworks including GDPR and NIS2

Work Conditions
Hybrid working model
Minimum 3 days onsite per week in Brussels (non-consecutive days possible)
Full-time assignment
