About Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, and management of Identity and
Access Management (IAM) solutions using the ForgeRock platform. The role requires a deep understanding of IAM concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.The candidate has an extensive knowledge of the ForgeRock platform, gathered by several years of experience actively working on the platform.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IAM solutions using the ForgeRock platform.
• Configure and customize ForgeRock components such as AM, IDM, DS, and IG.
• Design and deploy IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems.
• Designing connectors for the identity lifecycle management.
• Setting up data quality checks and keeping all the different sources in sync.
• Integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems within the enterprise.
• Perform maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM issues, providing timely resolutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with analyst to gather requirements and deliver correct solutions.
• Document IAM processes, configurations, and changes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM and security technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•  At least 5 years of proven experience working with the Forgerock platform.
•  Extensive knowledge of AM, IDM and DS.
•  Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, …)
•  Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Groovy).
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experience with Azure AD is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in IAM or security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
