Location: Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM – Asunción, Paraguay or Ribeirão Preto, Brazil
Area/Stream: IMS – Integrated Marketing Services
Reporting to: I2L Lead
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00

Position Purpose

At Nestlé, the I2L Project Manager (I&R) leads Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects end-to-end, from concept and business case development through market launch.

The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix environment to deliver high-impact initiatives aligned with the I2L (idea to launch) framework.

A Day in the Life of an I2L Project Manager

  • Lead complex, cross‑functional Innovation & Renovation projects from briefing through launch (Idea to launch).
  • Ensure on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑quality delivery for all project milestones.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support governance and decision-making at key milestones.
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices in Project Management

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Solid experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects, ideally within Innovation & Renovation (I&R).
  • Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Portuguese proficiency (desirable).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Advanced Project Management competencies obtained through internal (Nestle) or external certification (e.g. PMI/PMP).
  • Knowledge on coordinating and facilitating project meetings, risk assessments, and workshops as required.
  • Data management and ensuring the accuracy of processes and data.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in global, multicultural, and matrix organizations
  • Experience in Fast Move Consumer Goods (FMCG), preferably Food & Beverage.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated collaborative leadership, with high influence, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
