  • Support HealthMarkets discovery, Microsoft 365 tenant build, migration, DNS cutover, hypercare, and steady-state transition
  • Maintain technical standards, diagrams, inventories, support runbooks, knowledge articles, and audit evidence
  • Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online in a large or complex environment
  • Experience executing migrations and supporting production cutovers and hypercare
  • Demonstrated experience with recipient management, transport configuration, migration, mail flow, and service troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of identity dependencies, security controls, DNS, SMTP, and enterprise monitoring
  • Proficiency with Exchange Online PowerShell and Microsoft 365 administrative tools
  • Proven ability to follow formal incidents, change, problem, and service-management processes
  • Demonstrated solid written communication and technical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting separate, external-facing, or multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience with Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration tooling and methodologies
