Involved in all dredging and offshore projects worldwide, the survey department is responsible for the organization of all hydrographic and topographic measurements in all phases of the works. We are seeking experienced Hydrographic Surveyors with a strong background in offshore and/ or dredging activities.
Installation and calibration of measurement devices to ensure accuracy.
M apping the seabed, measuring water depths (bathymetry), and providing precise positioning for construction, such as oil rigs or wind farms.
Measuring actual dredging volumes.
Process and interpreting measurement results using cutting edge techniques.
Mapping the results using specific software.
Reporting the progress of the works to the project management team.
A qualified engineer, hydrographer or topographer, by preference with a specialization in survey.
A minimum of 5 years relavent experience as hydrographic surveyor.
Practical knowledge of modern measurement techniques and familiar with autocad, Qinsy or similar software.
An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality standards and safety protocols.
Flexibility to work in a rotational system (2:1 for dredging activities or 1:1 for offshore activities) across global locations.
