The Senior HUMINT Analyst leads HUMINT analytic efforts, mentors analysts, and provides high-level intelligence support to leadership.
Lead HUMINT analysis across complex missions
Produce advanced operational and strategic HUMINT assessments
Review and ensure quality of HUMINT products
Mentor junior and mid-level HUMINT analysts
Advise leadership on HUMINT-derived risks and threats
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
12 years total experience, including 8 years specialized HUMINT experience
