
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Senior HR Representative helps coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human resources staff; assist and advise on HR issues and provides support on a range of HR projects, as requested, to contribute to the successful achievements of outcomes on these projects. You will report to the HR Supervisor.
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Primary Tasks:
Required Education and experience:
You will enforce company policies with regard to Human Resource administration related issues and provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
Prepare human resource documents, record statistics and handle confidential material in the human resources department.
Create monthly reports and specially requested reports for several departments.
Analyze a variety of data, reports, and statistical summaries.
You will work with external entities in providing authorized employment information about such areas as employment verification, income verification, unemployment inquiries, and garnishment requests.
Monitor, audit and report on important metrics on an ongoing basis by working within HR systems.
Respond to employees with Choctaw Family Medical Leave Act approval notices.
Help with administrative work concerning multiple human resource support operations.
May handle logistics for training activities including scheduling venues, ensuring equipment availability and prepare the physical setup.
Help prepare and facilitate different training programs.
May perform portions of the work of higher classified positions occasionally, as assigned.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Create spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), charts, and word-processing.
Able to keep the larger goals in context, take ownership for multiple assignments, prioritize work, deadlines, and delegate
Able to handle delicate information and maintain complete confidentiality.
Prior HR experience.
