The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources (HR) Project Manager This role reports to the Manager, HR Projects,andwill play a key role in leading complex, enterprise-impacting, HRprojects that support organizational priorities.Partneringclosely with HR leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role brings structure,alignment, and clarity to complex work while navigatingworkforce, organizational, and change-related considerations
The successful candidate will apply strong project management expertise, strategic thinking and a consultative approach to drive successful outcomes and contribute to the continued evolution of the HR Project Management Office.
Whatyou’lldo
Lead enterprise-wide HR projects, including defining scope,objectives, success measures, governance, and deliverables in partnership withseniorleaders;
Develop andmanageintegrated project plans, including timelines,interdependencies, resourcing strategies, governance structures, and organizational alignment from initiation throughimplementation;
Drive accountability for strategic project outcomes, proactively identifying and navigating risks, organizational impacts, issues, and constraints within evolvingenvironments;
Establish andmaintaineffective project governance, reporting, and decisionsupport documentation (e.g., charters, status updates, RAIDDlogs, governance materials, etc.) to support transparency, alignment, and informeddecision-making;
Engage, influence, and build alignment with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior leaders and executives, to navigate competing priorities, align expectations, and translate business needs into actionable strategies andplans;
Act as a strategic partner to leaders, applying a consultative approach to navigate organizational dynamics, stakeholder considerations, and executionchallenges;
Communicate project progress, organizational impacts, risks, and strategic considerations effectively, ensuring leaders and stakeholders are informed, aligned, and positioned to maketimelyand effectivedecisions;
Build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships across HR and the broader organization to foster collaboration, influence outcomes, and enable successful delivery ofprojects;
Contribute to the evolution and maturity of HR project delivery practices, governance frameworks, intake processes, portfolio management approaches,andtools;
Partner closely with HR Change Management to integrate effective change strategies into project delivery, supporting organizational readiness, adoption, and sustainable outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a relatedfield;
10+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformationinitiatives;
PMP or other relevant project management certification is considered anasset;
Experience with project management tools andmethodologies;
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy and planning throughtoimplementation;
Exceptional stakeholder management skills,withdemonstratedability to influence, align, and build credibility across all levels of theorganization;
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills withtheability to manage multipleconcurrentprojects;
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverseaudiences;
Strong understanding of HR functions, organizational dynamics, and change impacts, with the ability to navigate workforce, organizational, and change-related considerations alongside project deliveryobjectives
