This is where your work makes a difference.

At Baxter, we believe every person—regardless of who they are or where they are from—deserves a chance to live a healthy life. It was our founding belief in 1931 and continues to be our guiding principle. We are redefining healthcare delivery to make a greater impact today, tomorrow, and beyond.

Our Baxter colleagues are united by our Mission to Save and Sustain Lives. Together, our community is driven by a culture of courage, trust, and collaboration. Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.

Your role:

As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the Global Service organization, a business generating approximately $637 million in annual revenue. This role will directly support leaders within the Global Service PMO and the Integrated Solutions business, providing strategic HR partnership to accelerate performance and advance organizational goals.

You will lead and execute high‑impact, project‑based initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen talent processes, and improve operational excellence across a complex, global environment. This role is ideal for a strategic, forward‑thinking HR leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization and is committed to driving meaningful business impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support HR leadership in delivering enterprise and functional HR plans and programs. This includes annual HR processes such as: Talent review and succession planning, annual compensation planning, workforce planning and headcount management, best Place to Work (engagement) action planning, performance management cycle oversight, annual goal‑setting and alignment processes

  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on HR matters, including employee relations issues and escalations beyond HR Central.

  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure consistent application of HR programs, policies, and talent processes across Global Service.

  • Manage and analyze employee‑related data by generating reports, conducting foundational analysis, and ensuring data integrity across systems and dashboards.

  • Lead ongoing employee data audits (e.g., funding entity validation, training compliance, organizational data accuracy).

  • Handle straightforward HR matters independently while partnering with HR leadership on moderately complex employee or organizational issues.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR systems, processes, and policies, and escalate matters to the appropriate HR partners as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Deep expertise across core HR disciplines, including performance management, talent development, compensation, culture, change, and organizational design

  • Proven success partnering with leaders, managers, and employees across field, corporate, and global environments

  • Experience influencing organizational design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational detail

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills; effective in matrixed environments

  • Proactive, resilient change leader who navigates ambiguity and collaborates as a trusted team partner
