We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist/Recruiter to support our growing home care team. In this hybrid role, you’ll own both hiring and team member experience, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the right people to deliver exceptional care.

What You’ll Do
Drive Hiring & Build Pipeline
Lead full cycle recruiting for caregivers and home care roles
Source, screen, and hire top talent quickly to meet business needs
Build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and keep positions filled
Create an Exceptional New Hire Experience
Manage onboarding from offer to first day
Lead new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the role
Set team members up for success from day one
Support Team Members & Leaders
Serve as the go to resource for HR questions, policies, and employee support
Assist with employee relations, performance conversations, and engagement efforts
Support benefits, leave administration, and HR processes
Strengthen Culture & Retention
Support recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
Help create a workplace where team members feel valued and supported

What You Bring
2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a hybrid role
Experience in home care or high-volume hiring preferred
Strong ability to move quickly while maintaining quality and candidate experience
