Duties & Responsibilities

工作职责

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for shopfloor positions, including job posting, recruitment channel development and maintenance, participation in job fairs, candidate screening, interview coordination and execution, interview assessment, background checks, offer issuance, and follow-up on pre-employment requirements to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

负责一线岗位的全流程招聘，包括职位发布、招聘渠道拓展与维护、参加招聘会、候选人筛选、面试协调与开展、面试评估、背景调查、录用通知发放及入职前事项跟进，确保候选人顺利入职。

• Monitor and analyze recruitment data and labor market trends, translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations, and support recruitment planning and continuous improvement.

跟踪并分析招聘数据及劳动力市场趋势，将分析结果转化为可执行的洞察和建议，为招聘规划与持续改进提供支持。

• Serve as the local point of contact for time and attendance management. Collaborate with HRS and department T&A clerks to maintain accurate attendance data, investigate and resolve attendance exceptions, prepare exception summaries, submit monthly reports, and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

作为本地考勤管理对接人，与HRS及各部门考勤员协作，确保员工考勤数据准确，调查并处理考勤异常，编制异常汇总并提交月度报告，同时确保相关工作符合适用要求。

• Maintain and review HR policies, procedures, and management system documentation to meet legal, company, and audit requirements. Support internal and external audits, including documentation, coordination, and corrective action follow-up.

维护并审查人力资源政策、流程及管理体系文件，确保符合法律法规、公司标准及审核要求。支持内外部审核，包括文件准备、审核协调及整改跟进。

• Manage HR vendors and related services, including recruitment agencies and platforms, labor suppliers, and other HR service providers. Oversee contingent workforce activities and manage vendor communication, service delivery, contracts, purchase orders, payments, and performance reviews in accordance with company requirements.

管理人力资源供应商及相关服务，包括招聘机构及平台、劳务供应商和其他人力资源服务供应商。统筹灵活用工相关工作，并按照公司要求负责供应商沟通、服务交付、合同、采购订单、付款及绩效评估。

• Drive or support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, operational efficiency, standardization, and digitalization.

推动或支持人力资源项目及持续改进措施，促进人力资源流程、运营效率、标准化及数字化水平的提升。

Function Demands

1. Demonstrated ability to independently manage shopfloor recruitment, time and attendance administration, HR vendor relationships, and contingent workforce operations, including coordination with labor suppliers and internal stakeholders.

具备独立负责一线员工招聘、考勤管理、人力资源供应商关系及灵活用工运营的能力，包括与劳务供应商及内部相关方的协调。

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to identify issues, generate insights, and support improvements.

熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件及人力资源系统，具备较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维，能够运用数据识别问题、形成洞察并推动改进。
