ResponsibilitiesProvide one-stop quality human resources services to line management on recruitment, benefits administration and staff case managementPerform business partner role to provide professional advice to line managers on manpower resourcing and staff deployment for ensuring smooth implementation of change programmesSupport policy formulation, review and implementation to ensure statutory compliance and corporate governancePrepare statistics and reports to facilitate management review and decisionUndertake HR projects and transformation initiatives as assigned

RequirementsDegree in Business Administration or a related disciplineA minimum of 3 years’ relevant experienceSound knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related legislationsExcellent command of spoken and written EnglishGood communication and problem solving skills as well as the ability to think proactively and work under tight schedule independentlyRemarksCandidates with less experiences / lower qualification will be considered for the Human Resources Executive positionApplications
