The position blends strategic advisory work with hands-on HR execution, covering both remote collaboration and on-site client engagement when required. You will contribute to the design and implementation of HR frameworks such as policies, compensation structures, performance systems, and workforce planning initiatives. Working closely with leadership teams, you will help resolve sensitive employee relations matters while ensuring alignment with employment legislation and industry best practices. This is a highly impactful consulting role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in dynamic, client-facing environments.
In this role, you will lead and deliver end-to-end HR consulting engagements across multiple mining sector clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business and compliance requirements. You will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on practitioner supporting a wide range of HR initiatives.
You are an experienced HR professional with extensive consulting exposure and strong expertise in managing complex HR challenges, ideally within industrial or mining environments. You bring both strategic thinking and operational depth, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client priorities.
