We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established retail company with a strong nationwide store network and a dynamic corporate structure.
For their growing organization, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, drive people-related initiatives, and ensure the effective implementation of HR practices across both headquarters and retail operations.
This role is not only about executing HR processes; it is a strategic position responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategies, enhancing employee experience, supporting organizational development, and contributing to a high-performance culture.
General Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Psychology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the retail industry
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee relations
Experience conducting store visits and employee interviews
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems
Preferably based on the European side of Istanbul or located within a convenient commuting distance
Assessor certification or assessment center experience is considered an advantage
Partner with assigned business units to understand strategic objectives and develop HR solutions aligned with business needs
Manage end-to-end HR processes across both headquarters and retail stores, including recruitment, talent management, career planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and HR projects
Develop and implement action plans to enhance employee experience and engagement
Provide guidance and strategic HR consultancy to managers on people-related matters
Take an active role in organizational development, change management, and cultural transformation initiatives
Analyze workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions
Support leadership in talent identification, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently implemented across all business units
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee satisfaction
