Job Description

CLPe was established in 1985 and is wholly owned by CLP Holdings Limited. It is dedicated to promoting the transition to low-carbon energy and sustainable development in Hong Kong and cities across the Chinese Mainland, assisting the Hong Kong SAR Government and the nation in achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 and 2060 respectively. CLPe provides energy infrastructure and one-stop smart energy management solutions for customers in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland, empowering them to accelerate their green transition and achieve low-carbon, high-efficiency energy management.

We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Human Resources Branch as Senior Human Resources Associate. Key responsibilities include:
Support the employee lifecycle, handling administrative processes which include but not limit to on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation, manpower budgeting, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Support HR Business Partners by advising line managers on various HR matters, also addressing employee inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations
  • Provide HR data analytics and insights to aid in the development of HR policies and projects and assist in preparing compensation proposals.
  • Support annual exercises such as pay reviews, incentive and bonus, and performance management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Handle day-to-day operation task and work with different Centre of Excellence (COE) e.g. Compensation & Benefit, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, People Service team to achieve HR goals
  • Prepare HR reports, such as staffing trends, recruitment status, and performance metrics to support business needs
  • Execute various ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in HRM. Relevant experience in engineering related industry is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints in preparing HR data analytics and management reports
  • Result oriented, meticulous and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, independent, innovative, and able to work under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Experience in using Oracle / HRIS would be an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
