• Acts as the primary liaison between the organization, its employees and the external providers

Job title:
Senior Human Resource Generalist
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of Supervisory Management experience required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Senior role in Human Resources Management, including employee relations responsibilities.
Mandatory Skills:
Significant experience in a fast-paced role, preferably with a multi-stranded, global focus
Exceptional initiative, with the ability to extract information and work autonomously when required
A strong sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality
Preferred experience in high-volume, call center recruitment.
Experience in a call center environment is a plus, but not required.
