1. Support and assist the HR Manager in supervising the HR Shared Services team to ensure timely delivery of services with accuracy, compliance and adherence to Eurofins' policies and local statutory requirements.

2. Undertake generic HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment:Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract candidates, conduct pre-screening, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process.
  • Contract and Employment Letter Administration: Prepare letters of appointment, pay review and bonus letters, contract renewals, probation monitoring, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Work Pass Administration:Manage applications, renewals, and terminations of work passes, dependent passes, and related documentation.
  • Exit Process Management:Conduct exit interviews, calculate final pay, and update records in HRIS.
  • Training Administration:Develop training plans across entities, coordinate new hire orientations, and support learning & development initiatives.
  • Payroll: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating pay elements and processing employee claims.
  • Personnel Profile Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both the HRIS system and physical files.
  • Time Management System Administration:Monitor and ensure the proper recording of attendance and working hours.
  • Performance Appraisal Administration:Support the coordination and tracking of annual performance reviews.

3. Respond to employment-related inquiries from employees professionally and promptly.

4. Actively participate in employee engagement and recreational activities.

5. Perform other ad hoc duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a shared services or corporate environment.
  • Good understanding of local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
